Yes. dagangjudi supports mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet (not ENI) via virtual account deposits and transfers. When you select your bank during deposit setup, we generate a unique virtual account number for that bank. You transfer funds from your personal bank account to your dagangjudi virtual account using your bank's app or online portal. The transfer typically clears within minutes. We also accept e-wallet routes through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking, which often process even faster. Choose the method that suits your location and preferences; all routes are secure and KYC-verified.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your payment method. E-wallets like local payment, online payment, and e-wallet typically credit your account within subject to verification to 2 hours. Bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet accounts usually arrive within 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays (such as around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) may be processed the next business day. dagangjudi does not hold your withdrawal request once it is approved; your bank determines the final delivery time. You can track the status of your withdrawal in your account history at any time.

No. For security reasons, you can only withdraw to the bank account or e-wallet that you used to deposit. This prevents fraud and protects your funds. If you need to withdraw to a different account, you must first deposit to dagangjudi from that account to link it. Once linked, you can withdraw to it. If you no longer have access to your original deposit account, contact our support team; we may be able to help you relink after identity verification. This policy protects both your account and our compliance obligations.

All dagangjudi payment methods are available on Android and iOS mobile.
